The public bath was about 5km from the youth hostel I wanted to spend the night at, and there was no public transit to get there, so I started walking. After a couple km's I succeeded in catching a cab to take me the rest of the way. He drove much more sanely than Seoul cabbies, with the exception of being on the wrong side the entire time.
