Comment: Buried at the end of this hall on the ninth floor of the gigantic, sprawling Kyoto Station complex was the Tourist Information Center with English speakers. All I wanted was two maps. I discovered later that there was also a different source for the maps on the main floor, but it was very poorly marked.
