Comment: Rudesheimer Coffee seems to be a pretty big deal. There's a little ritual involved in partaking. Basically, they put a little brandy in a cup of strong coffee, light it on fire, stir it, and then put some whipped cream on top. It was pretty good, but expensive. More importantly, it was fun.

Rhine Valley Vineyards * We caught the vineyards at a good time. Yellow was all over. * 1024 x 768 * (257KB)

On the Boat Back Up the Rhine * From Rudesheim, we took a boat back up the Rhine to Ober-Lahnstein. This gave us some nice views and relaxation time. We even played a bit of chess in the restaraunt on the boat. * 1024 x 768 * (131KB)
